    Message from the President

January 2008 - the fifteen hour flight brought me to LAX, California, for the first time. I was 16. August 2010 - leaving uneventful high school years behind, I moved on to college.

September 2010 - I pledged for Delta Sigma Pi.

It has been two years of hard work, valuable lessons, and priceless experience and memories. Today, I am leading a chapter of 45 individuals who are full of drive, ambition and compassion, who found common interests in business professionalism, the desire to succeed and dedication to our brotherhood.

For more than 100 years, Delta Sigma Pi has encouraged, supported, and shaped the professional and personal aspirations of more than 220,000 members from over 300 chapters nationwide. For 24 years the Lambda Phi Chapter has continuously provided professional and leadership development opportunity for our fellow business and economics students, along with service to the community. There are endless opportunities to lead, to serve, to learn and to change for the better. Being a member of the America’s foremost professional fraternity, our brothers are prepared with skills to rise above competition and succeed in the business world.

Delta Sigma Pi has changed me. It has given me the opportunity to define myself and discover my passion. It also gives me a group of brothers who stand beside me through hardships, challenge me to overcome difficulties, and help me grow in my profession. Now, I would like to present this opportunity to you. I hope that whether you are 18, 20, or 30, whether you know exactly where to go from here, or you are clueless, it will not take you 15 hour flight, or 2 uneventful years, to make the change in your life and go further than you ever thought you could.

You are always welcome to check us out at our recruiting events in February, professional workshops and community services throughout the semester. If you wish to have more information about the Fraternity and the Chapter, you can contact me by email aithemong@gmail.com, or phone number (714) 548-1812. I look forward to meeting all of you. Have a wonderful semester!

    Best Regards,

    Ai Mong

    President
